| You have a review approximately every three months during the course of your training contract. This provides regular opportunities to assess how you are performing. However outside of this formal structure I have always felt able to speak to my supervisor, and other members of the team with whom I work, about my progress and to generally seek advice as to how I can best progress through my training contract. | ![]() |

| Feedback is provided to me for every piece of work I submit to my supervisor. This often takes the form of a Word document with 'tracked changes which is helpful as it enables me to alter my approach when carrying out similar pieces of work in the future. All trainees have formal appraisals every three months with their supervisor and a member of HR | ![]() |
