| Yes. This is due to two main factors - the quality of work undertaken and the approachable nature of the team. Within a month of beginning my Training Contract I had the opportunity to attend a high-profile inquest and liaise with my own clients. There doesn’t appear to be a difference in the quality of work I am given as a trainee in comparison to that undertaken by qualified fee-earners (albeit closer supervision is required). As a result, I feel like a valued member of the team. | ![]() |

| Yes. There is generally only one trainee per team and therefore everyone knows who you are, delegates work to you and asks if you need help with anything. In the teams I have worked in everyone has been very approachable. | ![]() |

| Yes I do feel part of a team. I am currently working as part of the real estate team in the London office. I work closely with two supervisors who are very approachable and are willing to give me help and advice when I need it. I also work with other members of the real estate team, which enables me to get a varied training experience and makes me feel like a valued member of the team. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I have got to know everyone in the team very well even though I am only half way through the seat. We have monthly team meetings where we can discuss any issues and current matters of interest. | ![]() |

| Yes. The Corporate team hold regular Workload and Business Development Meetings which all members of the team (including trainees!) attend and are encouraged to contribute to. Fee earners make an effort to ensure that trainees are briefed on the larger deals occurring within the department and that they get involved with various files | ![]() |
