| Having very much enjoyed the four years I spent studying at Bristol I was eager to obtain a training contract in the city after graduation. I applied to Veale Wasbrough Vizards as I believed the firm to be small enough to ensure that its employees did not have to compromise their individuality yet large enough to offer top quality work and training. I was particularly interested in gaining exposure to the firm's niche areas such as Education and Charity law. Having attended an Open Day at Veale Wasbrough Vizards, I was particularly impressed at how highly the trainees commended the firm as having a friendly and supportive culture. | ![]() |

| Regional full-service commercial firm with a national presence. As a trainee exposure to lots of different areas of law. Interesting client focus. Since the merger, fully operational London office as opposed to just a meeting place for clients. Good trainee intake. Very good trainee retention rate. Expanding practice - moving in the right direction. | ![]() |

| I worked for VWV as a Legal Assistant before applying for my training contract. During this time it became clear that VWV was the sort of firm that I wanted to train with. The firm has a strong client base across a hugely diverse range of sectors/specialisms resulting in exciting and challenging work, an established and practiced set of core values and a great social calender to name only a few of a long list of reasons why I chose VWV. | ![]() |
