I am fully involved in a number of initiatives which are progressing at the moment including an initiative to secure our place as one of the top ten firms offering public sector specialism and the continued recognition of the real estate department as a leader in its field. I aspire to growing a larger property dispute resolution team assisted with the arrival of Becky Smithson in the late summer to develop stand alone work as well as the supportive functions that our team has of the real estate team generally.
