| For each seat you undertake as a trainee you are assigned a different supervisor. Your supervisor is responsible for overseeing your workload, assigning you tasks and answering any queries you may have. I have found being in an open plan office very beneficial as it makes communication between myself and my supervisor very easy. Before commencing a new task, the fee earner who sets it always gives me background information and describes what the firm are aiming to achieve for the client. Feedback, both oral and written, is given on each piece of work I undertake |  |
