Knowledge and experience
You must be an experienced secretary with strong word processing and audio typing skills. You will preferably have at least two years experience in a legal environment and be a hard working, committed team player.

Key tasks
- Typing - audio and copy typing
- Filing - electronic and paper
- Arranging travel
- Diary management
- Liasing with clients
- Opening new files - ensuring files are Lexcel compliant and assisting with money laundering procedures
- Monitoring e-mail inboxes for fee earners who are absent from office
- Assisting with the production of marketing material and seminar notes
- Producting billing guides and billing report printouts to enable bills to be produced monthly
- Archiving.
