When joining us, all employees are thoroughly trained in the Firm's IT systems and internal procedures. We feel it is vital to make new employees feel valued and involved from Day 1 and new joiners have repeatedly congratulated us on the excellent induction programme that we operate.

Once you have completed your induction you will be formally appraised annually and then quarterly on an informal basis through the Firm's excellent Personal Development Review process. During this process your training and development needs will be identified and these will be included in your department’s training plans.

We have a Training and Development manager who works closely with all of the training partners to ensure we are investing training resources effectively. We offer a comprehensive programme to include both technical and soft-skills training.
