Antonia is the head of business development and change management and reports directly to the managing partner.
Antonia is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership in establishing realistic and effective business development plans for the firm and for each team and practice group. She is responsible for providing all relevant support so as to ensure the effective implementation of these plans.
Antonia leads and co-ordinates relevant projects, as agreed with the managing partner, in order to bring about change and achieve implementation of the Firms operational strategies.
