Andrew has acted for a number of insurers, self insured's, local and police authorities in relation to claims arising from breaches of Health & Safety at work legislation and more recently for police authorities on all EL/PL claims including judicial review.
He has also represented a Police Authority in the Coroner's Court advising on Health and Safety issue arising from a death in custody as well as advising and representing a Police Constabulary on disciplinary hearings.
