Claire Piper

Claire is a qualified Senior Staff Solicitor specialising in property work, having experience in both residential and commercial transactions. Prior to qualifying Claire was a project manager for Halifax Plc in their business planning and projects team, co-ordinating an I.T project in the South Wales and West region. 

Claire began her legal career training with a high street practice in Cardiff, qualifying into their property department dealing with commercial and residential transactions. In 2006 Claire moved to CMS Cameron McKenna in Bristol to work in their residential department, advising and acting on behalf of a national housebuilder.

Claire has been with Veale Wasbrough Vizards since 2007 in the Real Estate Department dealing with commercial property. Claire has wide ranging experience including acting for Local Authorities, public bodies, private developers and commercial landlords and tenants.
