David is an associate working within the property litigation team.
He undertakes a wide range of property litigation work including commercial dilapidations, title issues, lease renewals and disputes, service charge management and disputes, and contractual disputes. He also advises on residential enfranchisement and the service charge statutory regime.
David has previously worked in the real estate team specialising in property development.
