London Office Managing Partner
David is responsible for leading and helping to develop our London office of over 60 lawyers and other staff. He is a member of the firm's Management Board.

David is a banking and corporate lawyer. David advises banks and borrowers on acquisition finance, lending transactions and restructuring and leads the Veale Wasbrough Vizards' Banking & Finance team. He also advises private company clients on mergers & acquisitions and restructuring.
