Doug is a partner with special responsibility for advising on intellectual property issues and before joining Veale Wasbrough Vizards was a solicitor in Nabarros' IP Team in London. He was the specialist adviser on these issues in both of our recently concluded PFI / PPP projects, including the Ministry of Defence's £800 million Corsham PFI and Somerset ISiS PPP. He regularly advises the Fire Service College and all of our schools clients (independent and maintained sector) in the exploitation and protection of their IP rights.
Doug holds the postgraduate diploma in intellectual property law and practice from the University of Bristol.
