David specialises also in commercial agreements and has advised on national and international joint ventures, agency and distribution agreements and outsourcing arrangements.
David represents Veale Wasbrough Vizards on the Executive Committee of the Association of European Lawyers, a network of overseas lawyers established by Veale Wasbrough Vizards in the 1980s.
