Emma is a corporate tax solicitor specialising in the tax aspects of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and winding up.
With a background in private client tax planning, Emma is ideally placed to advise on the tax aspects of structuring for family / owner managed businesses including those with associated family trusts.
Emma also provides support to the Education Department, Employment Department, Real Estate Department and is also a member of the Family Business team.
