Ed is a partner in our Dispute Resolution Department and heads the Bristol Recovery and Restructuring team.
Ed is an experienced litigator and acts for clients in a wide range of disputes, including corporate, shareholder and partnership litigation, complex contractual disputes, fraud and professional negligence.
He is also experienced in all aspects of insolvency, both corporate and personal, with a particular emphasis on contentious work and asset realisation. He regularly advises insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, directors, creditors, companies and other stakeholders affected by insolvency.
Prior to joining VWV, Ed was a partner at another Bristol firm, before which he trained and worked at a leading City of London firm. He has been recommended by the leading legal directories for both his insolvency and commercial litigation work.
