Emma is a partner specialising in matrimonial and family matters.
Emma qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has many years of experience dealing with family matters. She has been with the firm since January 2000 and a partner since July 2000. She deals with all aspects of family work and frequently handles high value and sometimes complex financial work, cases involving children (including residence/contact orders, maintenance issues, applications for leave to move overseas) and pre and post nuptial agreements. She also deals with dependency claims under the Inheritance Act and contentious probate matters.
Emma takes particular care to give clients a high level of personal service and strives to achieve the best outcomes. Chambers and Partners recently ranked Emma as a 'Leader in Field' and described her as ' "professional and pragmatic, and has a very helpful and sympathetic style." She handles complex financial settlements and matters relating to prenuptial agreements.'
