Jeffrey practises as a Partner in the Construction and Engineering Group and is based in London.He has over 25 years experience of dealing with issues in this specialist field. Most of his practice relates to the avoidance and resolution of disputes. These may be conducted by way of litigation, arbitration, adjudication or mediation.In addition to professing a detailed knowledge of the standard forms of construction and engineering contracts, he is often called upon to advise on the interpretation of liability insurance policy wordings.
He is a regular contributor to "Building Magazine".He is also invited to speak at seminars and conferences.
He is recommended by Chambers and Partners who have referred to him as being a "very personable and impressive lawyer". Legal 500 has referred to him as having "an excellent reputation the construction market" and as being "one of the best".

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is a Chartered Insurer. He is also a member of the Society of Construction Law and TeCSA.
