Julie has expertise in all aspects of employment law, contentious and non-contentious including discrimination, dismissal, breach of contract, pay and benefits and equal pay.
She also regularly advises clients on the implications of commercial transactions such as merger and acquisitions, contracting and PFI.
Julie also provides strategic HR and employment law support to businesses and helps them through senior removals, restructuring exercises and enforcement of post termination commitments.
