Jon is a commercial property solicitor with extensive experience of high value transactions involving business and private clients, in particular in the retail, office and industrial sectors.
He has dealt with various matters relating to commercial leases and transfers of commercial property (both with vacant possession and subject to tenancies). Jon has also acted for lenders and borrowers in respect of lending secured on commercial property, and has advised clients in the acquisition, development and disposal of sites involving commercial and mixed-use development schemes.
