Personal injury, litigation and clinical negligence claims with a special interest in fatal accident cases and head injuries. Jan has specialised in accidents at work through the firm's long association with the TGWU and RCN, which involves dealing with both accident and disease cases.
Jan is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and a panel member for Headway, the charity which supports victims and their families who have suffered head injury. She is a member of the Bristol Medico Legal Society and the Association against Medical Accidents (AVMA).
