John acts on behalf of claimants, handling personal injury work including accidents at work for major trade unions. Specialist areas of practice include fatal claims, serious injury claims, disease claims and product liability cases.
John is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and a member of the Law Society's Specialist Personal Injury Panel. He chairs the Bristol Civil Courts Committee and was until recently the Regional Co-ordinator for the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers for the South West.
He has also been a member of the Gloucestershire Courts Board and in 2007 has been appointed to the new Courts Board for Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Dorset. He is on the lawyers' panels for several charities which assist victims of accidents or industrial disease and has been included in the 2007 editionof DeBrett's People of Today.
The legal directory Chambers lists him as a leading individual in the field of personal injury law, one of three in the South West.
