Naomi is a solicitor in the property litigation team. Naomi has a broad range of experience in acting for public and private sector commercial clients across a variety of contentious property areas.
In particular, Naomi has experience in advising on claims under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, break notices, dilapidations claims, service charge disputes, forfeiture and possession claims, boundary disputes and property related insolvency matters including disclaimer and notices pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995.
Naomi has also spent a significant amount of time working in the non-contentious Real Estate Department which has added to her practical, commercial approach to property litigation.
