A specialist commercial litigator Nigel handles all aspects of commercial litigation including disputes involving the sale of goods, product liability, agency, partnership, professional negligence, product names and reputation, passing off, commercial contracts, options and development agreements as well as those with a cross border element.
Nigel is also skilled and experienced in resolving disputes without litigation through an early involvement by means such as mediation and arbitration.
Nigel is a past President of Bristol Law Society as well as the past Chairman of the Civil Courts Committee. He is also a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyer Association.
