Nick is a corporate lawyer who has many years of experience in advising companies from plcs and large corporates to owner managed businesses on all aspects of acquisitions and disposals, buyouts, fundraising an corporate restructuring.
He is the current Chairman of the Mergers & Acquisitions Special Interest Group of the Association of European Lawyers.
Nick has developed a special interest and expertise in advising family owned businesses and is a founder member of the Association of Family Business Advisors.
