Senior Staff Solicitor
Paula is a solicitor in the Commercial and Projects Department, specialising in trade mark law. Paula deals with national and international trade mark applications and renewals, and advises in connection with trade mark infringement and licensing. Paula also deals with internet abuse and infringement issues.
Paula has experience in advising a wide range of clients in connection with trade mark issues: charities, start-up businesses, local authorities, public sector bodies and international corporations.
