Richard Brown has over 30 years experience of advising corporate clients in respect of commercial matters. He worked in the legal departments of BAT Industries and Mardon Packaging International for six years and has in depth knowledge of the printing and packaging and retail sectors.
He specialises in the following commercial topics: commercial contracts, supply of goods and services; distribution and agency arrangements, joint venture and supply arrangements, franchising and outsourcing.
He is a regular speaker at seminars on commercial topics and a regular contributor of articles in the business press. He writes regular articles for the British Agents Register and the Bristol Evening Post.
