Richard advises charities and all education institutions on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues including the management of disciplinary and dismissal matters, grievances, redundancy procedures, long term sickness absence and performance procedures.
Richard also advises schools on pre and post inspection regulatory compliance with a particular emphasis on safer recruitment. Richard has first hand experience of attending schools during inspection to advise on compliance, to draft policies and to discuss with inspectors issues that can arise.
