Specialism
Simon is the Head of the Education & Charities Department and leads a team of 11 specialist education employment lawyers.
Simon advises across the full range of employment and discrimination laws, focusing in particular on:
- our Safer Recruitment training programme which has been attended by over 350 education institutions
- Strategic HR
- child protection and incident management
Simon is a former university lecturer and regular speaker at conferences nationwide.
Appointments
Since 2009, Simon has been a Governor of a local Bristol primary school.
Professional affiliations
He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
