Appointed as Managing Partner on 1 November 2008, Simon Heald leads Veale Wasbrough Vizards’s senior management team in the implementation of the firm’s strategic business plan.
Having been a partner in the Firm for over 10 years, Simon is focused on achieving the firm’s core business objectives of collaboration, creativity and commitment, within a business framework and culture dedicated to friendliness and openness towards clients and employees.
Simon specialises in corporate matters and in particular insolvency, shareholder and director disputes and security realisation. A senior and highly experienced Litigator, Simon is one of the partners in a group of specialist lawyers dealing with an extensive range of commercial litigation matters.
