Tim is a senior and established specialist in development, planning, and environmental work (especially contaminated land).
Also, he is a leading specialist in cross-country pipelines for the oil industry.
Tim has been published widely and is a frequent conference speaker on his specialist subjects for Central Law Training (most recently chairing a national conference on Overage in development transactions). He is an editor of the commercial leases division of Butterworths Property Law Service and co-author of the 950 page online textbook and precedents 'Veale Wasbrough on Property Development' also published by Butterworths (2002). Tim is joint advisory editor for the 2006 edition of the three-volume property development section of the lawyer's bible 'the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents'.
