The recent changes to the Dentists Act 1984 which came into effect in July 2006 and the consequent deregulation of the dentistry profession have opened up a whole range of new opportunities for dentists and the way in which they can own and manage their businesses.

We have been working with dentists and with the private sector to develop corporate structures and contractual arrangements to take full advantage of these opportunities and are involved in the acquisition of numerous dental practises to be owned and operated under the new arrangements.
