For the last 15 years we have been involved in various major inner city regeneration projects which have involved hundreds of millions of private sector investment.
Regeneration must also include community development. We have a dedicated track record of assisting with housing and community regeneration schemes, New Deal for Community projects, education partnerships, schemes for grant finance for affordable housing and the sustaining of sub-regional and community partnerships for economic development and the regeneration and betterment of individual localities. These projects require a blend of skills and understanding which we possess as a result of acting for community trusts and partnerships in inner city areas.
Our recent work includes:
- acting for Bristol City Council in respect of the Bristol Harbourside redevelopment, a former Department of the Environment (DOE) local government PFI project over the past 10 years including the funding of major public cultural facilities and a major urban regeneration scheme
- acting over the last nine years in relation to the significant publicly funded Bath Spa Project comprising the development of a significant and distinguished new building in the city centre of Bath and an urban regeneration scheme
