We understand that options and pre-emptions are a necessary and essential tool for any developer carrying out a land assembly exercise.

We have developed and published a range of options, pre-emptions and promotion agreements that understand the differences between short and long-term objectives in a development proposal or in a site assembly exercise. We can make these arrangements integral to other documentation and other arrangements and we have also developed documentation which stands alone on its own terms.

Our options contain if needed developer obligations to promote the property through a local plan and can include more complex anticipation of the promotion of the property in the context of a larger area; or through a collaboration agreement.
