Where Local Authorities find that their response to a SEND Appeal has been rejected in whole or in part, we advise and assist in seeking a review of the Tribunal decision or, if the Tribunal has misdirected itself on a point of law, in making an appeal to the Upper Tier Tribunal (these appeals formerly went to the High Court).

Similarly, where parents are unsuccessful and make appeals to the Upper Tier Tribunal we are able to advise and assist in resisting the appeal. Such appeals may include the instruction of appropriate Counsel after full discussion.
