Our Tax team regularly advise our early stage clients on putting in place appropriate share schemes, including Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) schemes, which are often used to incentivise employees and senior management.
We also provide clients with other tax support including assistance with compliance advice in relation to the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), often working alongside the client’s tax accountants.
