Veale Wasbrough Vizards has a dedicated education sector team who work only with our university, schools, and college clients. We act for more than 700 education institutions including universities, academies, colleges of further education, training colleges, independent schools, nurseries, and examining boards.

This team is supported by other specialist lawyers from across the firm, who regularly work with our education clients.

We can advise on:

  • good governance and constitutional issues, including, where necessary liaison with the Privy Council
  • estates issues including; construction and development projects, acquisitions and disposals; planning law and health and safety
