  • Acting for Allied Irish Bank on a £3m loan to fund the acquisition of boarding facilities by a major local independent school.
  • Acting for Barclays Bank plc on £1.2m loan to Bristol Flying Centre to fund the construction of new hangar facilities at Bristol Airport and related leases.
  • Advising Bank of Ireland on a £1.4m loan to Stratford Developments Ltd.
  • Advising Allied Irish Bank on a number of loans to major independent schools - typical loan issues ranging from £2m-£7m.
  • Advising Clydesdale Bank on undisclosed facilities to West End Investments for the acquisition of property in Clifton, Bristol.
  • Advising Handelsbanken on the acquisition of office premises in Bristol for £1m.
