We have considerable experience in acting for and advising Central Government, Executive Agencies and Trading Funds, to whom we are committed. We advise on public law issues, public sector contracting, public private partnerships and PFI, employment law and general commercial matters. We also have substantial experience of assisting in making submissions to ministers, senior officials and regional Government offices.
Our expertise is demonstrated by the range of our clients. These include, the Home Office, MOD and a number of Government Trading Funds such as the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office, The Fire Service College, the Met Office and the Vehicle and Operating Services Agency. We have also acted for various Government Agencies including MOD agencies, Defence Communications Services Agency, Defence Estates, Disposal Services Agency, Defence Storage and Distribution Agency, Defence Logistics Organisation and Defence Procurement Agency and also, Government Car and Despatch Agency, Countryside Agency and the Highways Agency.
We are appointed to five of the seven Buying Solutions panel of legal advisors authorised to act for Central Government departments, Executive Agencies and Non-Departmental Public Bodies.
