Following the celebrated repeal of the Statutory Procedures, we now guide employers through the ACAS codes and general good practice.
We also help employers adopt and implement fair, yet robust, management procedures to help prevent workplace issues escalating into messy and time-consuming problems.

Our day-to-day support can be complimented by interactive and bespoke management training on handling disciplinary matters and we offer hands-on support of (or complete management of, where necessary) the whole investigation stage.

Acting regularly for the public sector, we are also conversant with collectively agreed procedures and the transparent parameters within which some organisation must operate when dealing with staffing issues.
