Employment Law training packages

Training is not simply about holding a seminar. Veale Wasbrough Vizards training programmes are specifically designed and tailored to meet your business objectives.

To ensure the best results we provide a ‘training process’ which includes:

  1. Meeting you to discuss training requirements and identify objectives
  2. Reviewing existing contracts, policies and procedures, together with any particular issues you wish to raise
  3. Producing a discussion document suggesting the best content for your training programme
  4. Preparing the final agreed programme. This does not involve formal lectures, but focuses on interactive practical problem solving, working in groups and the total involvement of all participants
  5. Providing core training material in presentation packs which can be retained for future reference
  6. Reviewing to ensure the objectives are met. We provide a written summary with suggestions to improve your employment practices going forward
