Working time

The Working Time Regulations have been part of UK employment law since 1999 and whilst most employers are now familiar with their remit, they still provide headaches to various sectors and industries.

We continue to help employers deal with issues of rolled up holiday pay, hours in lieu, on-call time and shift working and we also forewarn employers when changes to the Regulations are on their way.
