We deal with Estates which hold overseas assets as well as advising on international succession and estate planning. We are a founding member of the Association of European Lawyers ('AEL'), providing us with ready access to top lawyers throughout Europe to obtain for clients a full range of legal advice, whether buying a holiday home or setting up an offshore trust. We are also part of a private client special interest group within this association. We have experience in overseas residential acquisitions.
