Registration

UK trade mark registration

If you would like us to file an application to register your trade mark in the UK in one class of goods or services, our fee will be £850 plus VAT together with a registry fee of £200. For each additional class of goods and services, our fee rises by £50 plus VAT and the registry fee rises by £50.

Community trade mark registration

If you would like us to file a Community trade mark application (covering all 27 countries of the European Union), in three classes of goods and services, our fee will be £1,250 plus VAT and the registry fee will be approximately £850 (depending on the GBP/Euro exchange rate). For each additional class of goods and services, our fee rises by £150 plus VAT and the registry fee rises by approximately £150.
