With a growing awareness of the duties which participants in sporting activities owe to one another we have seen an increase in the number of sports injury claims and have experience of most sports.

• We acted for a schoolboy who broke his arm when playing basketball - the ball bounced against a fencing panel which formed part of the basketball court. The panel wasn't properly secured and it fell on the boy's arm. He recovered compensation in excess of £5000.
• We won compensation for the widow of a man who was tragically killed in a banger car race when his car burst into flames.
• We represented a woman who was injured during a ski lesson on a dry ski slope. Despite her concerns about the bindings being loose, she was told to continue by her instructor. She came off the ski, twisting her knee. We won over £2000 for her.
