Kathy Halliday, Employment Specialist, Joins VWV

She arrives from DWF, having originally trained and qualified at Eversheds.

Kathy has acted for a wide range of clients across the private, public and third sectors including housing associations, schools and charities and is joining with the strategic remit of supporting the ongoing development of the commercial and charity expertise within the West Midlands, and to work alongside colleagues in the education sector.

Kathy has particular expertise in managing complex projects, including TUPE advice, large scale redundancies and restructurings, and tribunal litigation, including multi applicant claims and complex discrimination issues.

Kathy commented:
