Ellie joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in August 2014 and qualified into our Employment team based in London in September 2016.
Ellie specialises in providing both public and private sector clients with practical and commercial advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law.
She has experience in advising both individuals and organisations on contentious and non-contentious matters, including disciplinary, grievance and capability procedures, general HR queries, staff contracts, handbooks and policies, workplace disputes, settlement agreements, and business reorganisations.

Ellie ensures that she understands a client's specific objectives, and is focused on delivering clear, commercial, and pragmatic advice. She is personable and enjoys building strong relationships with her clients.
Ellie is a regular speaker at the firm's employment law seminars, and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She is also a frequent contributor to our weekly VWV Employment Law Brief.
What You Might Like to Know
Ellie graduated with a 2:1 in Law from the University of Birmingham. She went on to achieve Distinction in her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bristol.
Ellie is an active member of the VWV Sports and Social Committee in London and plays for a netball team in Kings Cross in her spare time. She is also passionate about travelling having most recently travelled around South America, Australia, and Sri Lanka.
