How Can Hannah Help You?
Hannah is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation team at our London office. She assists the team with a wide range of matters including general commercial litigation, insolvency, regulatory issues and reputation management.
Before joining the Commercial Litigation team as a solicitor, Hannah completed seats in our Litigation, Real Estate, Corporate and Private Client teams. Her Commercial Litigation work was predominantly insolvency based, in which she represented insolvency practitioners with various contentious matters. Her time in the Employment team was spent assisting with both contentious and non-contentious work, most notably assisting with the defence of proceedings in the Employment Tribunal.
During Hannah's Real Estate seat, her work involved acting for landlords and tenants in supporting the team with drafting and agreeing various documents such as leases, licences to assign and licences to alter.
During Hannah's time with the Corporate team she assisted with a wide range of corporate transactions, including business sales, investments, share sales and shareholders' agreements.
Hannah's Private Client seat involved assisting clients by drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorneys and managing probate files.
Prior to commencing her training contract, she gained legal practice working as a Paralegal in professional negligence and pensions (contentious and non- contentious) in two other well-regarded city law firms.
Hannah graduated from Sheffield University with a 2:1 in law before gaining a distinction on the LPC.

Hannah has regular interaction with clients, working under senior supervision. As a result Hannah understands the importance of meeting our clients' commercial goals in a cost effective manner without compromising on quality and standard of service.
