Kayleigh is a paralegal within the Commercial Litigation team based in our Birmingham office. Kayleigh specialises in debt recovery solutions and has a breadth of experience in various different sectors; such as professional services, commercial businesses, recruitment, healthcare, education, energy and utilities and bar council matters.
Kayleigh is friendly and approachable and works hard to ensure her clients are updated throughout the entire process. She brings a clear and transparent approach to the conduct of her cases and is able to adapt her approach to each file with the end goal of achieving the best possible results for her clients. Kayleigh has experience in dealing with vulnerable customers and matters which involve sensitive topics and has been trained in how to deal with these types of situations. Other experience includes drafting letter of claims, issuing court proceedings, dealing with settlement negotiations and contractual disputes.

Kayleigh is currently studying towards a CILEx qualification with a goal to becoming a qualified solicitor. Alongside this, she has a keen interest in charitable work and sits on our firms CSR committee; this involves planning various charity events within the firm. She also attends many networking events, such as TAG midlands network and Futures Faces.
Kayleigh was recently a finalist for 'Paralegal of the Year 2018' at the Birmingham Law Society Awards.
