Zeena has specialised in restructuring and insolvency matters since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009. She has particular experience in advising on non-contentious, distressed and insolvent corporate transactions, formal insolvency processes and appointments, banking matters and security and enforcement options. Zeena has acted for banks, insolvency practitioners, distressed companies, directors, creditors and turnaround professionals operating across a wide variety of industries and business sectors.

She is now a Senior Associate in the Corporate team in London and Watford and advises on general corporate affairs in connection with business and company sales and purchases, investments, shareholders’ agreements, articles and corporate governance matters and lending and security matters.
